These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

Cancellation policy,

Sometimes cancellation cannot be avoided, an emergency comes up or something happens in life,  

Please bear in mind,  

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients,

 Please call or text 07788578029 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, I  require that you call at least 48 no later than 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow other clients access to that appointment time.

If you have an appointment slot booked and you fail to show,

The fee for the session is still payable.

If you have paid for your session and need to cancel or rearrange this must be done 24 hours before your appointment, ( i am happy to rearrange appointments as long as it is done 24 hours beforehand).

 (Due to the setup time in setting the space up for a client & no show )

Terms & conditions,

All payments for appointments must be completed before or at the end of a face-to-face session unless a zoom call payment is required before the session.

Our acceptance of your booking brings into existence a legally binding
the contract between us.

Pre-consultation form is required before the appointment,

Depending on the nature of your appointment you may be asked for a pre-telephone consultation for me to establish more information about your appointment this is a free 30 minutes phone or zoom call,   

You may not record the session on a phone unless you have written consent, Due to confidentiality,

I agree to engage in follow-up calls and messages,

I agree no recreational drugs or alcohol is to be consumed before your appointment.

You must agree to  only one energy healing every 7 days, no overlapping with any  other energy healing work or healers,

Your phone should be switched off or on silent for our session.
