Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Please keep the following in mind:
When you book an appointment, you are reserving a time slot on my calendar that cannot be offered to other clients. To be respectful of others, please call or text 07788 578029 as soon as you know you cannot attend.
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. The absolute latest notice is 24 hours before your appointment. Depending emergency circumstances. This allows other clients to access the available time.
If you fail to show up for a booked appointment, the full session fee is still payable.
If you have prepaid for your session, cancellations or rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance.
Emergency rearrange appointments if given at least 24 hours’ notice. This will depend on emergency circumstances
(This policy accounts for the setup time required to prepare the space for your session.)
Terms & Conditions
Payments
All payments for appointments must be completed before or at the end of a face-to-face session, unless a Zoom session requires payment in advance.
Your booking confirmation establishes a legally binding contract between us.
Pre-Consultation
A pre-consultation form is required before your appointment.
Depending on your appointment, a free 30-minute telephone or Zoom consultation may be scheduled to gather more information.
Confidentiality & Recording
Sessions may not be recorded without written consent. Due to confidentiality,
Follow-up calls and messages are welcome as part of ongoing support.
Conduct & Preparation
No recreational drugs or alcohol should be consumed before your appointment.
Only one energy healing session per 7 days is permitted. Sessions should not overlap with those of other energy healers.
Phones must be switched off or put on silent during your session.
No recording off sessions are permitted.
